Excelcut 418 is a blend of solvent refined base oil of low aromaticity and a specially selected lubricity additive to
reduce friction and improve surface finish.
Excelcut 418 is a very pale-coloured fluid of low viscosity, which has been specially formulated in line with the trend
towards increasing usage of aluminium and its alloys in modern engineering applications.

Application:
Excelcut 418 has been specially formulated for use on turning, milling, boring, sawing and threading operations on
aluminium and its alloys. This product is also ideally suitable for use on yellow metals and free cutting mild steels.
